where will i put ASPNETBD.mdf? in the database directory? or in App_Data directory?

im confused on where will i put that bloody ASPNETDB.mdf.
Because here in my local computer,i changed the path of my ASPNETDB But to my surprise,Visual Web Developer creates a new blank ASPNETDB.mdf on the App_Data folder even i changed also its connectionstring in the web.config file.
in addition to, that blank ASPNETDB.mdf has no users but it is already consuming 10MB of hard drive space which makes it hard for us ASPNETDB.mdf users in availing disk space here in aspspider.
